Mark Forster is a time management coach.  His book on the subject is the best I've come across.  Highly recommended.

Divergent and Convergent thinking , or right brain / left brain thinking (the basis for the CPS model) is explored on Doceo, James Atherton's site,  amongst a lot of other material on the learning process.  Highly recommended.
