This is Perry

He has experience of financial and management accounting, organizational change and project management, and mucking out barns.  He's also done tidal bore rafting, potholing, general management, hot air ballooning, implementing Oracle Financials and being attacked by sheep, otherwise known as hillwalking.  He also reads a lot.

Perry has a degree in Social Psychology, is a qualified management accountant (ACMA), and completed the Open University MBA in 1995.  He also has a Blue Peter Badge and a 50m (Bronze) Swimming Certificate.  Nothing he learned from these is of any use when facing aggressive sheep on open moorland, but he does use creative techniques in his day job.

After the MBA, Perry became involved in OU residential schools and running creativity and development events.  The people he's worked with tell him that the experience is worthwhile, which is why he keeps doing it.
